Furthermore included in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
